The content of the service provided by Biosense Co. Ltd. is only a supplementary reference for users to assess and understand their own conditions and should not be used for medical purposes. If you experience any discomfort, please consult a doctor. Biosense Co. Ltd. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage. The service content is for general reference only and may not be suitable for specific users, especially those who:
(1) Have a history of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, asthma, or other circulatory and respiratory diseases.
(2) Smart Rosary Ring is not responsible for insufficient food intake, weight loss or gain, fainting, malnutrition, or other consequences resulting from calorie consumption after wearing a Smart Rosary Ring
(3) Although the Smart Rosary Ring can monitor heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, sleep quality, athletic performance, etc., it is not intended for medical purposes. Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise or diet plans.

Data Recorded by the Device
When you use Smart Rosary Ring to synchronize data from related devices, we record personal information (birthday, height, weight, gender), activity information (steps, calories), sleep data (sleep length, sleep quality), heart rate data (recent heart rate, average heart rate), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2, recent blood oxygen, blood oxygen range), temperature (maximum temperature, minimum temperature, average temperature), body weight, pace, and exercise time. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to save exercise data in the cloud. When you uninstall the app or change your device, you will lose your sports health data, though this will not affect your ability to use local data recording features.
Behavior Labeling Information
When you choose to label related behaviors, Biosense Co. Ltd. will collect activity information and heart rate data to provide corresponding service labeling features.
File Information
When you connect our device, it may need to update the firmware or fonts. With your permission, upgrade files, font files, and cached pictures (e.g., for changing your avatar) will be downloaded.
Mobile Phone Information
When you use Smart Rosary Ring, we need access to your mobile phone’s operating system version, brand, model, hardware identifiers (IDFA, IMEI, IMSI, UUID, MAC), and system time to enable device matching, incoming call function, push notifications, and abnormal problem analysis.
Network Usage Data
We may collect data related to your network type (2G/3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi) and network signal strength for specific Smart Rosary Ring functions.
Mobile Phone Software Installation List
With your permission, we may obtain information about the software installed on your phone and synchronize your health data to third-party software for display.
Location Information

Data of Relatives and Friends
When using the “people you care about” function, you can add users as your relatives and friends. With their authorization, we will display their exercise, sleep, weight, temperature, and blood oxygen data to you. If they do not provide this information, you will not be able to see their data.
Sensor Information
Using the sensor, Smart Rosary Ring can automatically detect indoor motion mode on your phone and display your exercise results.
Extraneous Information
You may choose to provide additional information (e.g., meals, weight, sleep, drinking water, female health logs) to improve your experience or enable certain service functions.
Information from Third-Party Services
If you connect your account to a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Google), we will receive information such as your name, profile photo, email address, and activity data from that service. You can also stop sharing information at any time.
The Way We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Set Up a Smart Rosary Ring Account: Your provided information is used to create your Smart Rosary Ring account and display relevant data.
- To Calculate and Record Exercise and Health Results: Personal and device data are used to calculate exercise and health results, including BMI, steps, exercise trajectory, calorie consumption, heart rate, sleep data, and more.
- Physical Condition Analysis: We provide analyses based on your data, such as ideal weight range or general health insights.
- Health Data: We collect sensitive information (e.g., name, birthdate, gender, phone number) to improve the accuracy of health data calculations. Refusing to provide this information may affect the results.
- To Provide Sports Services: Data from synchronized devices is used to display exercise data in Smart Rosary Ring.
- Location Services: We collect location data to improve service functionality, record sports locations, or draw sports routes.
- Reminder or Third-Party Data Access: We use information to support third-party services based on your preferences.
- Female Health Function: We collect and predict menstruation data for reminder purposes.

Once you log in to Smart Rosary Ring, your personal information is downloaded and synchronized to your phone. You can access and view your exercise and health data through various cards such as step, exercise, sleep, heart rate, and more. - Update Your Information:
You can update your personal details (nickname, profile photo, gender, birth date, height, weight) through the app. However, certain automatically collected data (like from your phone or health devices) cannot be edited by you.
By offering transparency and control over your data, Biosense Co. Ltd. ensures you understand how your information is used and gives you the ability to modify or remove it.
How to Delete Personal Information
- Unpairing Devices:
You can clear information about paired devices and shared device data from the cloud by unpairing your devices. The specific path is:
Settings > Disconnect - Account Cancellation:
You can clear all your sports health data and service data bound to your account by logging out. The path is:
Settings > System Setting > Reset
If you log out, most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, though it may take up to 90 days to delete all data, including data from backups. Some data may be retained for legal or safety reasons.
- Deletion Requests:
You can request to delete your personal information in the following situations:- If we handle your data in violation of laws or regulations
- If we collect or use your data without your consent
- If our handling of data violates our agreement with you
- If you no longer use our services or if we stop providing services to you
If we agree to delete your data, we will also notify entities that obtained your data from us to delete it, unless otherwise stated by law or independent authorization.
